Returns
We're sure you will love your product. If for some reason it does not work for you and your home or you need to exchange, please contact support@thenovogratz.com prior to mailing any products back. Returns will be accepted within 10 days of receipt of item.

Non-returnable items include:
Any item purchased on sale
Gift cards
Any item not in its original condition

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or returned.

Refunds (if applicable)
Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to receive your return and process your request. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the cost of the product plus taxes, if applicable. Unless your order arrived damaged or incorrect, shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@thenovogratz.com. All damaged or defective items should be reported to us within 3 days of receipt of packaging.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
